Thank you for asking. DRYFOB's website states: DRYFOB® guarantees the proper operation of its products to the original retail purchaser for normal and intended use for 12 months following purchase. This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser, it does not apply to commercial or rental use, nor is it transferable to third parties. If the original purchaser finds a defect in product workmanship, they should return the product to an authorized dealer or directly to DRYFOB, together with proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase. The limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. This warranty will be voided if the product or any of its parts have been tampered with, repaired, modified, transformed, adapted, or misused. This warranty does not cover parts subjected to normal wear and tear, such as O-rings, or damages due to impact, from forcibly attempting to close the DRYFOB with oversized items, from use in chlorinated or polluted waters, or extended exposure to heat sources. The limited warranty does not under any circumstances cover the replacement or cost of any device or personal property inside the DRYFOB® product. We will assume no liability for the cost of repairing or replacing any such items or for any incidental, consequential, special, or other damages.
