The SCUBA Tank Backpack with Straps will not fit a 30CF cylinder, however, check out the XS Scuba Pony Pac Harness for Pony Tanks (https://www.diversdirect.com/p/xs-scuba-pony-pack-harness-for-pony-tanks?queryID=5b0572dfb8d4cf85b2da85a672934c61&objectID=70898) which does fit Fits 13, 19, 30, and 40 CF sized tank cylinders (4" - 5.4" diameter).

No, the SCUBA Tank Backpack with Straps is designed for larger diameter cylinders.

The ScubaTank Backpack with Straps is designed to hold a cylinder no smaller than 7.25" in diameter. This would not work with a 13cf cylinder and it will not work with a 30cf cylinder.
