With Dive equipment, a good rule of thumb is that if you fall in between 2 sizes, go up not down. So in this case, I recommend the 12.

The TUSA HS 5mm Dive Boot are in men's sizing. So we would recommend ordering a size 6 to fit a women's shoe size 8.
