great way to take "hands free" gopro video of what you are looking atcomfortable head mount, I owned one previously and I lost it, so this is the second one I have purchased, I like it, the mount leaves your hands free, only complaint when mounted to your hear it is sometimes hard to tell if the camera is turned off or turned on, otherwise works well, overall, it did seem a little expensive for a "head strap"
