This belt is really heavy-duty. Convenient, rugged zippered pockets to hold soft or hard weights make it easy to fine-tune your buoyancy. I purchased this to get some of the weight out of my BCD as I need a lot. There is a neoprene strip to hold the belt in place which works just fine. This belt moves less than any I have ever worn. Five stars!

I use it for Scuba and it works well. The materials are top notch and I appreciate the maker having the foresight to put a clip on the bottom of the belt. I use it to insure my Lionfish sling is easy to access. Great product. Will recommend.

This is the perfect weight belt for snorkeling. I've had mine for over 2 years and it has held up great! You don't even notice it when you're snorkeling. It has places to attach accessories and your flag, which is better than holding the flag line all day. I highly recommend this for snorkelers and free divers.

I accidentally ordered the 1st weigh belt too long. The return and the reorder was a piece of cake. A human actually answered the phone and explain-exchange process. I’m a PADI instructor and Divers Direct has been my go to SCUBA store for 30+ years. If you need it, they have it.

It is best to distribute your weight evenly, but it largely depends on the size of the weights themselves. They are pockets made to fit any style of weight. For reference, the 8 pocket belt has 6" by 5.5" pockets.

This weight belt is not designed to fit with another belt as it has a built in belt and buckle. The 4 pocket belt can hold a maximum of 20 pounds, the 5 pocket belt 25 pounds, 6 pocket belt 30 pounds, 7 pocket belt 35 pounds, 8 pocket belt 40 pounds.
