1) Based on these measurements I would recommend the size small. 2) This knife would be a great option https://www.diversdirect.com/p/xs-scuba-fogcutter-recon-knife, but if there was another you were considering and you weren't sure about the compatibility of the attachment grommets, a lot of people just use a zip tie to secure the knife sheath. 4) It weighs about 4.5 lbs

The Velcro on the back of the accessory pocket is for folding up the pocket. When the pocket is empty, you may fold it up and connect it to the top flap of the pocket for a more compact feel.

The Aqualung Pro HD Compact BCD does not have the Aqualung Griplock Tank Band (https://www.diversdirect.com/p/aqualung-griplock-tank-band?queryID=5ad16bdb73de9d6c39318ff8d4f31093&objectID=70828). However you can install it to the Aqualung Pro HD Compact BCD

Thank you for reaching out. We are unable to put items on hold, but I did check Key Largo's inventory and right now they have two or more of each size. Another option would be to place an order for in-store pick up, when you get to our Key Largo location, you may try on the BCD and we can exchange it if it does not fit.
