Don’t get caught with lobsters that aren’t up to size. This Aluminum Lobster Gauge is a vital piece of gear for legal lobster catching. You can quickly and easily measure your catch to make sure it’s of legal size. Most states require that a lobster’s body must be 3 ¼” to keep. Additionally, if it’s more than 5”, it has to be thrown back. Measurements are taken from the back of the eye to the end of the body shell. An eyelet allows you to attach a float or carabiner to the gauge.

Damn good gauge looks good lasts a long time!! Measured 30 lobsters with it - Florida Marine patrol was impressed by it when they stopped us during an inspection!
