I have used the same Slap Strap for 20+ years. I am puzzled by the design since the hook and loop is on the side without the design. I just wear with the design against my head, the velcro straps on the outside. I adjusted once and keep on wearing it. Works great with long hair!

The dimensions for the slap strap are 3" W x 10.5" L. Thickness is about .5"

We do not have this strap with a South Caroline flag.
