Done numerous dives, everyone has their anti fog concoctions, but have found this product to perform the best, that is, if you have done the work, of prepping you mask lens. Usually no issues, even in colder water dives, and it is one of the better alternatives, to the always reliable spit.

Love this product. It works well and all it takes is a tiny amount. This bottle will probably last me (and my boyfriend) years with the amount that we used. Did not have any trouble with our goggles fogging up.
