I bought this watch back in February after having the MK1 for 4 years and never having an issue. In March I was in a bad accident while on a motorcycle and the watch survived with a dented watch band bar and a couple small dents on the bezel. All other functions of the watch are still perfect, the screen isn’t even scratched, and with Garmin’s amazing warranty program they replaced the watch bands and bars for free. This watch is a tank and I recommend it to anybody

Very helpfull, competent and polite service. Bought a MK3I. Was shown all different models and sizes included good advice which model to choose based on my needs!. Overall very good experience
