I've had 3 of these bags over 11 years. I'm very pleased and would buy again. Only issue is the Nylon Zipper will "corrode" and get stuck if not kept cleaned and free of salt making it impossible to open. I've had to cut open two.

Yes, the adjustable strap on the bag allows it to be worn over the shoulder, or across the chest.

This bag is equipped to hold one full set of snorkeling gear. When we tried to weigh it, it did not register on the scale as this bag is extremely light in weight.
