1 lens came loose, second glue got cloudy after first use. I followed the instructions and let glue cure for 36 hours. The magnifiers worked good so I could read my gauges. But not impressed, will try the remove/re-glue process.

I used these just last week for the 1st time. Followed install instructions to the letter. Let dry 48 hrs before use. After each dive one or more of the lenses became dislodged and moved around. Each afternoon, I reinstalled, was only able to dry for 24hrs. Next day same issue. Was anal about cleaning the glass and lens. Used a glass cleaner to remove film. (similar to toothpaste treatment for a new mask, but my mask is not new.) Used plenty of glue. The lenses are of good guality (glass?) but glue won't hold. Diving in 84 degree water. What do you think about the idea of using superglue on the lens to hold them? Would that distort the vision thru the lens? I like the lenses, just need something to make them more permanent.

Good afternoon, You would have to purchase 2 different sets with the different prescription strength since we do not sell the lenses separately.

To determine the correct diopter, you would need to reference your glasses prescription. The sphere (SPH) column is what you use to determine the correct magnification. If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to us experts@diversdirect.com

This is because masks vary in shape. These inserts do fit most masks. You can try them on your mask before gluing them. In the event they do not fit yours, we do offer a flexible return policy which can be found here, https://www.diversdirect.com/m/return-policy

The lenses of the Aqua Optics Dive Mask Magnifying Lens Kit are designed for the inside of a mask. They could be used with a full face mask, however, they are small so you would be have to line them up very well to ensure proper vision. We recommend that you use the adhesive included in this kit. You will need let the lens sit for a good amount of time (24-36 hours) before using your mask.

These inserts are designed to be placed on a flat surface. They will not work on a curved surface.

The magnifying lens does not fog like the rest of the mask. When applying, be sure to clean the mask and apply after the lens is completely dry for best results.

These lenses are 1.5 inch long by .75 inch high so they will only cover a portion of the lens. They can be removed from your mask and should leave it clean (if cleaned after removing).

These lenses are designed to fit in most snorkeling and dive masks, not snorkels.
