Not Thrilled About the Audio and Haptics

The watch has a lot of beneficial features, especially the marking of locations where dives start and end. Very cool, especially when I use it for work where marking accurate locations is important. I also use it when I mtn bike and bikepack. There are some great features that I love, but I mostly wanted to point out the negative aspects because they are so critical and could lead to very dangerous situations (not trying to exaggerate), hence the 2 start review. Here are a few really frustrating issues that I hope Garmin will consider improving on their next model (which may be out.?.?): - The touch screen is easily triggered when showering, crazy enough, so the screen should be turned off when showering. Took me a while to figure it out, but during a number of showers (before I started turning the screen off) the act of the water splashing on the screen toggled through menus and actually altered settings without my knowledge. A few times it altered the tank O2 mixtures way off, PO2 setting, from salt to fresh, and NDL limits, so I luckily noticed this before my dives. This unknown change could have made for a really bad day, and I couldn't believe this top of the line watch had this issue. If Garmin could have it where you could 'lock' critical settings, that would be perfect. - The audio is terribly quiet, even out of the water. Me and my wife both were amazing how quite the alarm is along with the haptic vibrations. Add being in the water with a hood on, with the exhaust from my reg, and also being tasked loaded, I missed a number of NDL alarms along with preset timers. The haptic was easily missed and is barely felt through my 5mm suit. If Garmin could improve these critical items, I would give this watch 10 stars.
