Yes, full foot fins are sized just like shoe size. However, keep in mind unless stated otherwise, fins are in men's shoe sizes. To convert to women's sizing deduct 1.5 sizes from your shoe size. Additionally, full foot fins may cover a range of sizes. For example, the Pluma's smaller size would cover men's size 4.5 to 5.5.
