The Mares Superchannel Full Foot Dive Fins use the latest Superchannel technology, allowing for optimal power and maximum kick efficiency. The Superchannel Fins employ advanced thrust technology through thermoplastic rubber/tecralene materials, and upper and lower stabilizers. The Channel Thrust technology maximizes the thrust, and moves a much greater amount of water compared to other fins of the same size. The result is greater power with the same amount of effort.
The blades are designed with a large flexible central superchannel that propels water flow more efficiently down the fin blade (instead of letting it spill over the sides) for optimal performance and minimal diver effort. The thermoplastic rubber/trecralene footbed allows for a comfortable fit, eliminating the need for protection against blisters. Upper and lower stabilizers are vertical ribs that anchor the blade through the kick cycle to remove side to side wobbling effect, keeping your kicks stable and reducing power loss.

These are in men sizes, typically, we recommend going a size and a half down. In this case we recommend a size 5/6. That size is 20 inches long

These fins do not float and they are four inches wide at the base of the toe pocket.

The best size for your shoe size of this fin would be the size 2xl.

Unfortunately we do not. The only Mares open heel fins we carry are the Avanti https://www.diversdirect.com/p/mares-avanti-quattro-plus-fin?queryID=964ac8def705e9573d83629847ea2bf5&objectID=71433 and the X-Stream https://www.diversdirect.com/p/mares-x-stream-scuba-diving-fins?queryID=964ac8def705e9573d83629847ea2bf5&objectID=71420

They are listed in men's sizing. Typically, we recommend going a size and a half down. As a result, I would recommend a size 6-7.

We are unaware of a way to soften the material on your foot pockets after it has hardened. However, when you get some new fins periodically spraying them with silicone spray will help.
