We recommend going with the large in the EVO Lycra Dive Skin (Men's), this will also have a waist measurement of 35-37" and chest of 40-42". Though you are a little under the weight for the large, the medium would be too short for you which will be uncomfortable in some areas.

I would recommend going with the 3XL provided that your waist is around 41-44" and chest is 45"48. It will be a little long as it is designed for 6'2-6'5", however, it is better to have a suit be too long than too short.

The seams on the EVO Lycra Dive Skin is a flatlock seam, that does not have an inner zipper cover. It is a 85% polyester / 15% spandex blend. I have reached out to our web team to add the the size chart to the product page of this specific item.

We recommend the large. There may be some areas of the skin that will be a little large, however, a skin does not have to fit as tight as a wetsuit would. Going with a medium will be too short for you, causing some discomfort.

The 3XL in the EVO Lycra Dive Skin, will be snug and short for you. Unfortunately, the other suits we carry are thicker than a skinsuit, which depending on where you are diving may leave you a little too warm.
