You could go with the large or extra large. However, to help narrow it down, the large has a waist of 35-37" and a chest of 40-42". The XL gas a waist of 36-39" and a chest of 42-44". The blue option on the EVO Elite Blaze 3mm Shorty Wetsuit is primarily black but has blue on the chest, shoulders and upper arms, there is also some grey on the sides and on the arms closer to your bicep.

O’Neill wetsuits tend to run a touch small, so you may see some differences in these two suits. However, yes, if it does not fit it can be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
