110% Price Match Guarantee

At Divers Direct, we want to make sure you get the best gear at the best value. And we back that up with our 110% Price Match Guarantee.

If you find a product at another authorized dealer, online or in-store, we will match that price, then take another 10% off the difference. Offer is good even after your purchase! If you find a product priced lower elsewhere within 30 days from purchase, we will refund you the difference plus 10%.

This offer is good in-store and online.

For example, if you purchase an item from us for $115, then find it at another authorized dealer for $100, we will:

• Match the price of $100
• Take off another 10% of $15 difference = $1.50
• So we would sell you the item for $98.50 (or refund you $16.50, if you had already purchased)

How to Redeem

Simply show us the price at an authorized dealer, in-store or online, and we’ll take care of the rest. You can email us at experts@diversdirect.com, talk to the manager on duty at any one of Florida Dive Shops, or call 1-800-DIVE-USA for customer service assistance.

Terms

• Competing dealer must have the item or items in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery
• The item must be the same: New (not used), Brand, Model, Features, and Color must match
• Competing store, web site, or seller must be an authorized retailer based in the United States. Top quality brands do not authorize their dealers to sell across country lines, so prices from offshore dealers are not considered authorized
• Applies to the total delivered price of the item including shipping and promotions
• Cannot be combined with any other offer

Not Included

• Not valid against auction sites, which is generally not an authorized channel for our brands
• Special order items
• Volume or wholesale pricing
• Open-box merchandise as well as shopworn, reconditioned, refurbished or used items
• Finance offers or credit terms
• Scuba tanks and weights
• Some of our quality brands may prevent Divers Direct from price matching (or not allow for the extra 10% of the difference). Please see a manager for more questions
