The Neptune Space is specifically designed for professional and high performance applications and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. GSM G.divers Underwater Communication

The new GSM G.divers tranceiver (high performance communication system) expands the diver's ability to communicate with others verbally. The ultrasonic tranceiver boasts the autonomy of approximately 30 hours in receiving mode, a range of operation of 200-250 meters (calm sea water), and a lightweight and sleek design. It is a powerful, single-channel and inexpensive PTT (push to talk) underwater wireless communication unit. The unit automatically activates upon contact with the water, and it uses a 9V alkaline battery with a "low battery" alarm which beeps every 30 seconds when the battery is low. GSM G.divers uses a D-Mic, a special microphone with the housing sealed by a hydrophobic membrane which is permeable to air, but prevents water from passing through to the electronics. The membrane's reduced thickness limits any reduction of the vocal signal. The permeability of the membrane keeps the internal pressure equalized with the external pressure, enabling the microphone to be used at practically any depth.

Divers Direct will gladly refund the purchase price or exchange any item purchased from us that is defective, the wrong size, color, style, fit, or does not meet your expectations for any reason. (Excludes all shipping charges).

We accept returns and exchanges at any of our retail locations OR via delivery to our fulfillment center regardless of how or where you made your original purchase with us.

Please call 800-DIVE-USA to check availability for all exchanges. All refunds will be made to the original source of payment. Refund checks will take 15-30 days to process.

Please send returns in ORIGINAL and UNUSED condition. Merchandise that is not in new condition or purchased more than 30 days ago may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or may not be accepted. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned camera and photo accessories, and all Brownies Explorers.

Bathing suits are items of personal hygiene and it is a Divers Direct policy not to accept returns or exchanges without the original tags still on the suit. Bathing suits may be returned for manufacturer’s defects within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
