Terms and Conditions
Eligibility

Direct Rewards are earned for all Divers Direct purchases - whether in-store, telephone, or internet. While no purchase is necessary to join the Direct Rewards Program, purchase is required to earn Direct Rewards points and certificates.
Memberships which have no activity for 12 months or more will be terminated and accrued points will be forfeited.
The following countries do not qualify for this program: Andorra, Denmark, Hungary, Luxembourg, San Marino, Austria, Estonia, Iceland, Malta, Slovakia, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Monaco, Slovenia, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Canada, Germany, Latvia, Poland, Sweden, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Lichtenstein, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Greece, Lithuania, Romania . Direct Rewards Points

Members earn 1 point for every $1.00 in eligible purchases. To earn points, members must present their Direct Rewards card or member number at time of purchase. Points have no cash value. Points will not be awarded for purchases made prior to enrollment. No points will be awarded for shipping or sales tax charges. No points will be awarded on employee purchases.
Points earned will be adjusted for all merchandise which is returned for refund.

Direct Rewards Certificates

Certificates are issued quarterly once a member has accumulated 250 points. Certificates will expire 6 months from the date of issuance. Certificates are issued in $10 increments and must be used toward purchases. Certificates have no cash value and if applied toward a purchase of less than $10, no change will be given.

Program Termination

Enrollment in the Direct Rewards Program is for 1 year from the date of enrollment. In the event that the program is terminated, remaining point balances will be forfeited at the time of termination.
Program Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the program rules, terms and conditions, and limitations, or to cancel the program entirely at any time without prior notification.

Privacy

The names of members of the Direct Rewards Program will not be sold or rented.
If at any time, you would no longer like to participate in the Direct Rewards program and cancel all correspondence relating to your membership, simply call (877) 348-3872 and express your desire.

Divers Direct Guarantee

The Divers Direct Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to shop on our web site or in any of our retail stores with absolute confidence. Products must meet your expectations and if they do not we will refund the purchase price.

How it Works – Returns/Exchanges

Divers Direct will gladly refund the purchase price or exchange any item purchased from us that is defective, the wrong size, color, style, fit, or does not meet your expectations for any reason. (Excludes all shipping charges).

We accept returns and exchanges at any of our retail locations OR via delivery to our fulfillment center regardless of how or where you made your original purchase with us.

Please call 800-DIVE-USA to check availability for all exchanges. All refunds will be made to the original source of payment. Refund checks will take 15-30 days to process.

Please send returns in ORIGINAL and UNUSED condition. Merchandise that is not in new condition or purchased more than 30 days ago may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or may not be accepted. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned camera and photo accessories, and all Brownies Explorers.

Bathing suits are items of personal hygiene and it is a Divers Direct policy not to accept returns or exchanges without the original tags still on the suit. Bathing suits may be returned for manufacturer’s defects within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

We encourage the use of insured and verifiable shipping methods for all packages, i.e., U.S.P.S. insured or U.P.S. insured. Please use the form on the back of your invoice for all returns. A return label can be found on the front of your invoice.
