Holiday Diver, Inc (d.b.a Divers Direct ) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to our customer's privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices of Divers Direct.
Divers Direct is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent organization whose mission is to build user’s trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This privacy statement covers the Website www.DiversDirect.com. Because this website wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

Our website uses an order form for customers to purchase products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their name, email address, telephone number, mailing address) and financial information (like their credit card number and billing address). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. It is also used to contact customers when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products and services. Any information collected in our website will not be sold, leased, traded, or rented to third-parties.
Careers:
If you fill out an online application we will ask for your name, email address, phone number and address. We will also ask for past work experience and your recent employer information. We use this information to determine whether or not you may be eligible for the position for which you are applying and to contact you to set up an interview if necessary.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% secure and safe to the best of our abilities. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Clear gifs are a tiny (1 pixel x 1 pixel) transparent image graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. PowerReviews will share your username and location along with your review back with us in order for us to post your review on our site.
Wishlist.com will share your contact information in order to allow us to update your wishlist on our site for your view.
