Suunto D9 with transmitter

The Suunto D9 w/ Transmitter from Aqua Lung features has many features relating to depth, time, direction, and decompression status. This computer was the first computer to incorporate a digital compass. The digital compass can be used above and below the water. It features a graphical compass rose, numerically displayed bearings, tracking mode for navigating set course, visual aids for pattern navigation. The headings are stored in memory for later analysis.

The features that set this computer apart from the rest is the wireless air integration using an optional wireless transmitter. It can read tank pressure and remaining air time. This wireless air integration also displays graphical tank pressure. The real time tank pressure stores in memory for later analysis.

This computer has gas switching capabilities. It supports gas switching between up to 3 different mixes containing 21-99% oxygen during a dive. The gas switching capabilities also feature deep stop RGBM algorithm, PO2 adjustment 0.5-1.6 bar, and Numerical OLF% (CNS + OTU) display.

The Suunto D9 displays time, date, and dual time. It also has a stop watch, daily alarm, and 12/24h display. The gauge mode has a dual stopwatch display with reset function displaying current and previous lap time. Maximum depth operation for gauge mode is 328ft.

Other general features include titanium housing, mineral crystal glass, matrix display, high capacity battery (CR2450), USB compatible PC-interface included, adjustable metric and imperial units, adjustable profile sampling rate 1-60s, and a thermometer.
