With your membership in DIRECT REWARDS, you'll earn valuable points with each purchase you make at Divers Direct . Those points can add up quickly. You can redeem them for any scuba gear, snorkeling gear, or diving equipment we sell.

• Your Direct Rewards ID number appears on your membership card. You may receive your DR card if you visit one of our stores or if you request it to be send with your online order.

• Direct Reward's Eligibility
  • Direct Rewards points are earned for all Divers Direct purchases - whether in-store, telephone, or internet. While no purchase is necessary to join the Direct Rewards Program, purchases are required to earn Direct Rewards points and certificates.
  • Memberships which have no activity for 12 months or more will be terminated and accrued points will be forfeited. Purchases completed using FiftyOne services will not qualify for Direct Rewards points. For more information on FiftyOne services visit FiftyOne FAQs
• Direct Rewards Points
  • Members earn 1 point for every $1.00 in eligible purchases. To earn points, members must present their Direct Rewards card or membership number at time of purchase. To earn points on online purchases members must call and associate DR Membership with online account prior or within 3 days of making the online purchase. Points have no cash value. No Points will be awarded for purchases made prior to enrollment. No points will be awarded for shipping or sales tax charges. No points will be awarded on employee purchases.
  • Points will be adjusted for all returned or/and refund purchases.
• Direct Rewards Certificates
  • Certificates are issued quarterly, members will receive a DR certificate via email 90 days after the membership has accumulated at least 250 points. To receive certificate via email members must have a valid email on records and must be an active subscriber of our Finaddicts mailing list. Certificates will expire 12 months from the date of issuance. Certificates are issued in $10 increments and can not be use towards prior purchases. Certificates have no cash value.
  • Once you are a Finaddicts subscriber you may receive Finaddicts offers, Exclusive deals, New Arrivals information, recall notices, store surveys, etc. Please note that if you unsubscribe from the Finaddicts mailing list you will not receive your certificate via email and you must request your certificate at one of our South Florida Dive Shops.
• Program Termination
  • Enrollment in the Direct Rewards Program is for 1 year from the date of enrollment. In the event that the program is terminated, remaining point balances will be forfeited at the time of termination.
  • Program Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the program rules, terms and conditions, and limitations, or to cancel the program entirely at any time without prior notification.
• Privacy
  • The names of members of the Direct Rewards Program will not be sold, rented, or leased.
  • If at any time, you would no longer like to participate in the Direct Rewards program and cancel all correspondence relating to your membership, simply contact us or call Toll-Free at 800-DIVE-USA (348-3872) and express your desire.
