With your Direct Rewards, you'll earn valuable points with each purchase you make at Divers Direct. Those points can add up quickly. You can redeem them for any scuba gear, snorkeling gear, diving equipment, diving travel, or scuba certification that we sell.

For every $250 you spend, you will earn a $10 Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates are emailed to you in approximately 45 days after the close of each calendar quarter.

Your Direct Rewards ID number appears on your DR membership card. You may receive your DR card if you visit one of our Florida Dive Shops or if you request it to be sent with your online order.

• Direct Reward's Eligibility
  • Direct Rewards points are earned for all Divers Direct purchases - at our Florida Dive Shops, by telephone, or at www.DiversDirect.com. While no purchase is necessary to join the Direct Rewards Program, purchases are required to earn Direct Rewards points and certificates.
  • Memberships which have no activity for 12 months or more will be terminated and accrued points will be forfeited.
  • Effective January 1st, 2012: Memberships without a valid email address will be terminated and accrued points will be forfeited.
• Direct Rewards Points
  • Members earn 1 point for every dollar spent at Divers Direct.
  • Points are deducted for returned product.
  • $10.00 in Gift Certificates are emailed to members for every 250 points earned.
  • To earn points, members must present their Direct Rewards card or membership number at the time of purchase. To earn points for online purchases members must call to associate the Direct Rewards membership number with their online account prior or within 3 days of making the online purchase.
  • Direct Reward points have no cash value.
  • Points will not be awarded for purchases made prior to enrollment.
  • Points are not awarded for shipping or taxes charges.
  • Points are not awarded for shipping or taxes charges.
  • Points are substracted for returns.
• Direct Rewards Certificates
  • Certificates are issued quarterly, approximately 45 days after the close of each calendar quarter. The schedule for Certificates to be issued is as follow:
    • February 15^th for points earned prior to December 31^st.
    • May 15^th for points earned prior to March 31^st.
    • August 15^th for points earned prior to June 30^th.
    • November 15^th for points earned prior to September 30^th.
  • To receive certificates members must have a valid email on records and must be an active subscriber of our Finaddicts mailing list.
  • Certificates will expire 12 months from the date of issuance.
  • Certificates are issued in $10 increments.
  • Certificates may not be used towards prior purchases.
  • Certificates have no cash value.
  • Effective January 1st, 2012: You will need to bring the certificate with you to our store or have the certificate number available when you call, or visit our website to place an order.
  • Once you are a Finaddicts subscriber you may receive Finaddicts offers, Exclusive deals, New Arrivals information, recall notices, store surveys, etc. Please note that if you unsubscribe from the Finaddicts mailing list you will not receive your certificate via email and you must request your certificate at one of our Florida Dive Shops.
• Program Termination
  • Enrollment in the Direct Rewards Program is for 1 year from the date of enrollment. In the event that the program is terminated, remaining point balances will be forfeited at the time of termination.
  • Program Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the program rules, terms and conditions, and limitations, or to cancel the program entirely at any time without prior notification.
• Privacy
  • The names of members of the Direct Rewards Program will not be sold, rented, or leased.
  • If at any time, you no longer wish to participate in the Direct Rewards program and want to cancel all correspondence relating to your membership, simply contact us and express your desire.
