Spearfishing adventure!
Selection of a Speargun should be based on the type of fish you are going hunt and local spearfishing regulations. The larger the Spear gun, the bigger the fish it will stop. As you step down in size you will have greater maneuverability, but will require a gun with additional
Spearfishing Bands to get the same effect of a longer Spear gun. Another consideration is Pneumatic Spearguns. These can be pumped up while on the surface providing multiple shots without the difficulty of stretching bands.
Local regulations may apply!
Please refer to your local marine patrol for any regulations that may apply. Get proper training before using any of these Spearguns. Be safe, follow all manufacture instructions and warnings. Here in Florida, you must have a Fishing License to spearfish, and in the event of lobstering...you also need a crawfish stamp.
