Information about Mares Products
Warranty: MARES warrants to the original purchaser only, that a MARES Product purchased from any Authorized MARES Dealer worldwide will be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal recreational scuba use. The MARES Product warranty may differ for each piece of equipment and may differ by model year. Usually it is limited to a period of 2 years from the date of consumer’s purchase of the Product ("Warranty Period") unless otherwise specified. This date must be verified by a valid sales document (tax receipt or sales receipt).
Warranty claims are only accepted upon return of the defective complete Product with the warranty certificate completed in full and signed by the Authorized MARES dealer, and accompanied by a valid sales document (tax receipt or sales receipt) showing the date of purchase.
MARES reserves the right to refuse free service if the required documentation cannot be provided or if information is incomplete, illegible, or incorrect.
Specific Details: All product categories carry a 2 year Limited Warranty. Regulators carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Lifetime Service Parts Policy (USA and Canada Only)Mares Diving will supply the necessary parts for the annual service of the regulator 1st and 2nd stages at no charge to maintain the Limited Lifetime Warranty, for the useful lifetime of the regulator to the original owner.
Mares Shipping Policy: All Mares products on our website are to be shipped only to U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Orders with Mares products to countries outside of the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean will not be processed and may be cancelled.
