Great Idea, not enough follow thru

Great idea, but design is off. When bag is full it doesn't balance so you can actually pull it on the wheels. I had to add an extender strap so I could roll it. Also the shoulder straps of the backpack get caught in the wheels when you try to roll it. Very frustrating.
