Used this for the first time in the Michigan. Came in handy at those thermoclines. Hood seals good around your face. Comes off real easily. Loved it. Purchasing one for my husband today.

It looks good, though when I first tried it, it was somewhat tighter, or smaller than I had anticipated. Since it was an overseas purchase, exchanging for another is neither cost effetive or sensible. Let's hope it'll expand after a couple of dives.

It definitely keeps out the cold though.

That extra warmth when needed

NEED THAT LITTLE BIT OF W, WHEN THE TEMP DROPS

Good value for the price. Gave me the extra warmth when needed. Good seal around neck. Alot less bulky than a seperate hood, and you can still pull the hood on just before you enter the water.

Certainly Met My Requirements

Cool water diving

The finish cut around the face is rough. But where layering is important in unknown cool-cold water diving this product certainly fills the bill. I bought this for diving in the Galapagos and it worked perfectly under a 3mm dive suit.
