No, I would not recommend this to a friend
A very comfortable wetsuit, but wears out quickly. Whenever I wear this wetsuit in tropical conditions I'm always the coldest diver on the boat, especially when the water is less than 77 degrees.
Maybe a good wetsuit for Boating and Waterskiing, but not warm enough or durable enough for diving.
