Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I drink the air all the time cause, I do not dive all the time like I want to and this gives me more time on the bottom. Friends that I dive with, dive all the time do so, they stay down longer then I do and I get to stay down longer with them.

I bought it because I go through air quicker that others. Now I am at an level playing field with other divers at a cost that is less than a steel tank.
