Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I bought this tank for my nitrox wreck dives, and boy does it hold some air. The only con is the weight; ie. it has a 9lb wieght value when full and a 2 lb value empty. that is alot of ajustments for bouyancy diring the dive. I just shed 6 lbs of wieght and suffered a little less during the dives.
