No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I have used these bands for years and have always enjoyed long life and usage.
The band I had become faded so I purchased a new one in Nov 07 at Divers Direct. When I placed it on my watch I noticed it was a bit thin but thought this may help the breakin period. I go it wet that day and the band felt like I had a wet noodle holding my watch.
If they do not go back to the original thickness and rugged design I will never buy another and suggest that everyone else do the same.
I feel this company has gone cheap and the once great product now SUCKS!
