Sea Gold Defog is the best defog I've tried to date. As an active instructor, my mask is always wet, which seems to limit the effectiveness of other defogs. Sea Gold works great with either wet or dry mask lenses and lasts all day.
My experience with various defogging products is that they all work to some degree, but Sea Gold Defog impressed. Highly viscous, a drop or two spread with the fingertips and then quickly rinsed kept my mask clear for nearly an hour’s dive. In the time it took for my Aluminum 80 to drop from 3000 PSI to 600 PSI, there was barely a hint of condensation. After any suitable surface interval, the treatment seemed to vanish. Without a reapplication, expect fogging within moments after descent. The container may be small, but at a drop or two at a time, the product should last for many dives. Highly recommended.

The product eliminated the fog, but the thickness made it difficult to get it all over the mask lens. Had a hard time rubbing over the mask lens to get good coverage.

Sea Gold DEFOG was as easy to apply as any other product I've used. The upside was IT LASTED. I didn't have to re-apply for the second dive. No need to keep water in the mask to keep the lens clear. Apply it and forget about it.

This stuff does the job. It 'appears' to work best when used pre-dive on a dry mask. After you let it sit in there for a couple minutes just rinse it out and your good to go for an ultraclear dive...well at least your mask will be clear...the rest is up to mother nature and your location of choice.

This is the best defog I have ever used. I have been diving since 1984 and have tried all sorts of things to prevent fogging. I put this in my mask prior to my first dive of the day and the mask stays fog free all day long. I have a 5 year old daughter who is an avid swimmer and I use this for her swim goggles as well. It's the best.

I used it while diving but it only held up for two dives per application. Those two dives were mostly fog free. I also tried it on my paintball mask but it did not stop it from fogging at all this summer. I would use it again for diving but I would like it better if it lasted longer.

Sea Gold Defog is my product of choice anytime I am in the water with a mask or swim goggles. I have using Sea Gold for over 8 years and so far nothing else compares.
The best quality and durability for a dive mask defogger I've used. When I have forgeten to bring it with me in the past and borrow another brand, I was always disapointed. I now keep a spare in my travel bag.

Sea Gold has always been our defog of choice for preparing our masks for diving.
It simply works and works well.
Bought it for a trip to Rio, but did not have a chance to use it, so it sat in my pack for 6 months. I used it this weekend at a fresh water spring river, and the mask fogged. The air was warm but the river very, very cold. Maybe it was a combination of the weather and the age of the product. Also, found it very thick to put on.
