The bag's center of gravity is way up front, which makes its wheels useless unless - and this is a big negative - the handle is lowered to almost a dragging position. One cannot walk upright and pull this bag behind like a suitcase. It is an inexpensive, decent boat bag because of its lightweight mesh design, but is a real drag (pun intended) to use.
As others have stated, the handle on this bag that is supposed to allow for rolling is useless. The shoulder strap on the first one I had broke the first time I used it. Exchanged it for another but wishing I went with something else. Save your $$ and get something else. Very poorly designed.
Has pocket on the inside that keeps things dry, along with a wet pocket in front for holding extra things. Perfect bag except has a couple screws inside that need replacing every once in a while as they rust and come out and doesn't hold weights well as the bag slowly becomes weak. But great for carrying scuba equipment if u need to hike to shore or great for boat dives. And dries easily. Also you need to put in another bag in order to travel through airports as it is mesh.

Same bag sold by Armor and after one trip to the Keys, it fell apart and I sent it back. It won't balance on its wheels and wants to stand upright meaning you have to drag it rather than wheel it. the handle is so short, you have to be a midget to use it. Needs an extended handle and better balance for its wheels. Obvious came from some overseas supplier and sold to Evo and Armor. Don't buy it.

This bag is cumbersome and the handle is useless!
